第四层级学生签证具体要求

1、签证面试将由英国内务部工作人员通过高科技视频连接来完成（并非通过Skype，而是一个专门设计的系统）。这些工作人员都经过全面的培训，并熟知对中国申请人的要求。

2、面试语言为英语，但并不作为学生英语水平的评价标准。学生仍需针对其前往英国求学的意愿以及所选课程和就读院校等基本问题做出回答。

3、学生提交申请资料及完成生物指纹采集以后，签证中心将立即进行面试。学生无需进行一次单独的签证面试。

4、承诺该签证过程将不会影响到签证总体时间，仍为15个工作日。

5、新签证面试将于6月1日初开始执行，适用于所有Tier4申请人，没有例外。

英国签证政策变化

2005年取消面签，但对于部分材料有疑问的学生，会通过电话等方式进行抽查。

2012年，英国内政部宣布将对更多签证申请者进行面试，其中包括申请第四层级学生签证(Tier 4 Student Visa)的申请者。

2013年4月29日，该政策在中国开始试行。

2013年6月1日，开始对所有在中国申请英国学生签证的申请人进行面试。

3、Why are you taking this course in particular? Why this course and this university?

4、How many hours a day will you study and how is the course structured? Did you research the course?

5、Will this course lead onto any further study?

7、How much are your course fees?

8、Who is paying for this course?

9、What do your parents do for a living?

10、What will you do once this course is completed?

11、Did anyone help you with your uni application?

12、Will you gain any qualification from this course?

13、Who will be your guardian during your study in UK?

14、Will you be travelling alone to UK?

15、Do your parents agree and support your study plan in UK?

16、Do you know anyone in the UK?

17、Where will you stay and how far is this accommodation from your school/college?

18、Before the account was opened where was the money?

19、Who put the money into your account?

20、Have you understood all the questions?

21、Is there anything you would like to add or amend to the interview?

22、Are you happy with the way the interview was conducted?
